on the facilitator; TAT gently places the
ability for accountability, growth, and
improvement with the individual, which results
in more sustainable shifts of consciousness and
behavior.
TAT is a combination of the TAT Pose (holding
acupressure points on the front and back of the
head) with putting attention on the Steps of TAT
(a series of freeing and empowering statements).
