General Returns Policy
You may
return any new, unopened items sold and
fulfilled by heal-empower.com within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. This will be only
the value of the product and will not cover the
shipping cost.
We'll also
pay the shipping costs and return shipping costs
if the return is a result of our error. Items
should be returned in their original product

received a faulty item and need to exchange it

to request a replacement. If you would like to
exchange an item for a different one, please
