Paper receipts or invoices
Our software is Web-based, and no paper
receipts or invoices are generated for
downloadable purchases. If you need
to generate a paper invoice, you can
print it from our E-mail
message, or from the Order Inquiry
screen.
For orders shipped to you by courier
or by post,
you will receive a printed invoice and
receipt of payment from us.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to
exchange it for the same item, email us on
productsupport@heal-empower.com
to request a
replacement. If you would like to exchange an
item for a different one, please return the
original item and place another order for the
item you wish to purchase. You do not have to
wait for us to receive the original item before
placing the new order.
Cancellation of order
All orders are processed and shipped within
24-48 hours of your placing the order, unless
otherwise specificed. If you wish to cancel an
order, we will need to hear from you within 6
hours of your order placement.
You will need to provide us with transaction
details, product id, quantity and reason for
cancellation.
If we have already handed over the product to
the carrier within 6 hours, we will not be able
to accept your cancellation request.
30 Day refund policy – for Sale in India
ONLY
You may return any new, unopened items sold
and fulfilled by heal-empower.com within 30 days
of delivery for a full refund. This will be only
the value of the product and will not cover the
shipping cost.
We'll also pay the shipping costs and return
shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error. Items should be returned in their
