About
the Cards
The pack carries:
21 affirmation cards of size 2"
x 4" - easy-to-carry in a purse.
24-page instructions booklet of
size 2" x 4". This booklet details
efficient use of the cards and also has
instructions on how to phrase your own
very effective affirmations.

The innocence and love of these little
children are reflected in the drawings
on each card. Once you connect with
these, you are instantly in a state of
gratitude and appreciation. In that joyful state, the carefully chosen
Healthy Thoughts can be practiced rather
effortlessly.
One of the ways to use these healthy
thoughts is to "play" with these
ideas everyday.
You could take one card in the morning,
read it and refelct on how you can use
that idea during the rest of the day.
And go right ahead and apply it!
The making of these Healthy Thought
cards:
The young ones drew the background
imagery.
Some of the kids
had no idea what the drawings were for.
When the
carefully framed healthy thought statements and drawings came together,
they were a 'perfect' match!
