"Just for Me" Cards are  affirmations that cover all areas of your life. It is recommended that you use these cards for at least 3 months (instructions booklet is enclosed in the package) before starting more specific affirmations.

The pack carries:

 21 affirmation cards of size  2" x 4" - easy-to-carry in a purse.

  24-page instructions booklet of size    2" x 4". This booklet details efficient use of the cards and also has instructions on how to phrase your own very effective affirmations.
