30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY ON THE
product/s ordered on heal-empower.com. Which
means that within 30 days from the date of
delivery you can ask for replacement of the
product/s subject to following terms and
conditions:
1. You can ask for replacement of product/s in
case of any defect found in the product and the
same product/s will be shipped to you as a
replacement for the defective product/s.
2. Replacement can be for the entire product/s
or part/s of the product subject to availability
of the same with heal-empower.com and
notification of the same within 30 days from the
date of delivery.
3. Replacement is offered for the product/s sold

4. Replacement is offered for the product/s
purchased, sold and shipped in India ONLY.
5. Those who choose to access this site from
other locations/Countries other than India do so

does offer the facility to overseas customers
and delivers to locations outside India, heal-empower.com
is not responsible for supply of goods/refund
for the goods ordered from other
locations/Countries other than India, compliance

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to
exchange it for the same item, email us on
productsupport@heal-empower.com
to request a
replacement. If you would like to exchange an
item for a different one, please return the
original item and place another order for the
item you wish to purchase. You do not have to
wait for us to receive the original item before
placing the new order.
Cancellation of order
heal-empower.com reserves the right to cancel
any order without any explanation for doing so,
under situation where heal-empower.com is not
able to meet the requirement of the order placed
or order so placed/cancelled does not comply
with the heal-empower.com policy or for any

ensure that any communication of cancellation of
